Spicy Moves is an empowering & saucy dance fitness class that grounds you into your sensual self & bold confidence. This is all about dancing & shaking it for YOU. No dance experience needed.
Dress in whatever makes you feel most confident (knee pads recommended, not needed). We’ll bring snacks, drinks & juicy giveaways! All dance levels welcome.
Doors open at 6:30pm. Class 7pm - 8pm
