Messy Movement is a 60-minute, bodyweight-only movement class created for parents who want to move, sweat, and take care of themselves without needing to find childcare. Simple movements and a consistent structure so you'll always know what we’re doing and where we’re headed. You're always encouraged to modify, pause, or change a movement whenever your child needs you. Messy Movement is a space to step away from the pressure of doing everything perfectly, connect with others and make time for yourself.
