The Movement Room is a space built to bring your movement dreams into a reality. We hope this space empowers you to create connection & community in a way that fills YOU up. Imagine curating dance classes of any level, intensive retreats, birthday parties, corporate team building & more. 

Our space is 1200sf with 20ft ceilings offering an open & expansive space for classes that can comfortably fit ~45 dancers, 45 yoga mats &/or up to 24 tables for the perfect setting. A blank canvas we’re excited to help bring your event to life.

The Movement Room is a vibrant, inspiring space where creativity flows without limits. Its spacious, flexible layout welcomes groups of all sizes and types, creating the perfect environment for participants to move, connect and thrive.

private EVENTS

Hosting private events at The Movement Room offers a flexible, professional setting perfect for team-building, retreats, or workshops. With an open, adaptable layout, you can create personalized setups that foster a productive, engaging, and intimate atmosphere, making every event memorable and impactful for all attendees.

PARTIES

The Movement Room is the perfect setting for an energetic celebration, complete with a vibrant atmosphere and plenty of space to move. Book an event with one of our experienced instructors or bring your own and set up the space to your liking. Suitable for kids and adults!

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

The space is equipped with 5 large studios, two bathrooms, a lounge and reception area. Studios have built in sound systems, mirrors, air filtration, and ample space. When you book a private event at The Movement Room, you will have access to an event supervisor who can assist before, during, and after your date. Contact us with questions!

  • There are 5 studios available for rent. Three are 1,200sf blacked out studios, and two are filled with natural light. You get plenty of space to move around freely. There are restrooms on site and a small kitchenette in case any catering is involved.

  • When reserving a studio, you’re welcome to bring rental equipment in. The Movement Room is not responsible for the equipment and coordination will not be included.

  • Our event supervisors will be on-site during your event if requested. They can be available to help with technical issues throughout your event and ensure security is in place while you are reserving the space. The supervisors are not available to help setup or take down equipment.

  • Nope! The Movement Room is a space dedicated to exploring all types of movement and building community.

  • The Movement Room can accommodate all events held morning & midday Monday - Thursday, and is available all day Friday - Sunday.
